Minimize build time, labour costs and material costs with the E-Z Block. How? One E-Z Block is 6X the size of a regular concrete block, and does not require mortar between the blocks, which cuts installation time and labour costs. The insulated E-Z Block eliminates the additional preparation steps required for poured-in-place concrete builds. E-Z block uses 2/3 less concrete than poured-in-place builds and 1/3 less concrete than the regular concrete block.

When assembled, the E-Z Block wall resembles a traditional concrete block wall but is engineered to be structurally superior in earthquakes, hurricanes and ballistic tests. E-Z Block’s internal screen grid system, reinforced with steel and filled with concrete grout, creates a monolithic concrete structure providing exponential horizontal and vertical strength to building walls. The E-Z Block therefore acts as a stay-in-place concrete form. At every foot—vertically and horizontally—the form facilitates a robust 6”-diameter internal concrete and steel, post-and-beam core, adding superior strength to buildings to last for generations.

Even our manufacturing process has a low carbon footprint. Material cut offs are 100% recycled leading to Zero-waste production.
